GENARTS RELEASES SAPPHIRE PLUG-INS VERSION 2 FOR SHAKE

Cambridge, MA. June 26, 2006 - GenArts Inc., a leading provider of visual effects plug-ins for the film, broadcast and video industries, today announced the immediate availability of Sapphire Plug-ins version 2 for Apple's® Shake. This release contains 20 additional effects including a new FilmDamage effect, and a wide array of new features and improvements such as on-screen widgets for easy parameter adjustment, and an improved user interface for all color parameters.Sapphire Plug-ins for Shake provides digital artists with over 200 image processing and synthesis effects that are directly integrated into Shake's user interface. Version 2 now supports the Mac Universal Binary (PPC & Intel) and Linux systems.

Sapphire Plug-ins version 2 for Shake can be purchased directly from GenArts or through their worldwide channel of Apple authorized Shake resellers.
